1. Acceptance of Terms

By using EasyLink at c-t.cv, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

EasyLink provides URL shortening, link management, analytics, geo-targeting, A/B testing, password protection, scheduling, campaign management, link-in-bio pages, QR codes, link health monitoring, fraud detection, and related services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, all activity under your account, and notifying us immediately of unauthorized use. You must provide accurate registration information.

Prices in USD. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled. You may change your plan at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Shorten URLs linking to malware, phishing, or fraudulent content
• Distribute spam or unsolicited messages
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Host or link to child sexual abuse material
• Engage in illegal activity
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Use automated tools beyond plan limits
• Impersonate others

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of URLs you shorten. EasyLink may review and remove links that violate these Terms without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The EasyLink service, design, code, and branding are owned by EasyLink and protected by applicable IP laws. You retain ownership of your URLs and content.

8. Payment Terms

• Payments processed through Paystack
• Billed in advance monthly or annually
• Refunds within 7 days for annual plans
• Failed payments may cause temporary downgrade
• Pricing changes with 30 days notice

9. Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service temporarily for maintenance.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASYLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify EasyLink from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, then binding arbitration if necessary.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
